Aetna Flexible Spending Account

A Flexible Spending Account (also called an FSA) offers a way to save money for qualified expenses: You direct a part of your pay into a special, tax-free account that you use to reimburse yourself for eligible out-of-pocket health care, dependent care and transportation expenses.

Aetna HealthFund Reimbursement Arrangement

A Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) is a great way an employer can help you pay your eligible health care expenses. There’s no cost to you, and it’s a tax-free benefit. The fund can work with your Aetna medical or dental benefits or insurance plan to automatically reimburse you. That means there are no claim forms to file.


The COBRA(Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act) gives employees and their families who lose their health benefits the right to continue group health benefits provided by their group health plan under certain circumstances such as voluntary or involuntary job loss.
